Swachh Bharat or Swachh Bharat Abhiyan (Campaign Clean India) is an national level campaign to clean the streets, roads and infrastructure of the country.
This campaign was officially launched on 2 October 2014 at Rajghat, New Delhi.
This campaign aims to accomplish the vision of 'Clean India' by 2nd October 2019, 150th birthday of mahatma Gandhi.
The fund sharing will be 75:25 between Centre and State and 90:10 for north eastern states.
